Who we are

AcademyX ("we", "us") runs the AcademyX AI Build Challenge. Contact: support@academyx.ai.

What we collect

Information you give us when you register: name, email, phone number (optional) and what you want to build (optional).
Purchase information when you buy the Priority Pass. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we don't store card numbers.
Basic usage data such as pages visited and referral/ad parameters.

How we use it

To run the challenge: send your access links, reminders and replays.
To send you emails about related AcademyX programs and offers (you can unsubscribe anytime).
To send text reminders, only if you opted in. Reply STOP to opt out.
To improve our events and content.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the challenge (for example email, SMS, video conferencing and payment providers), and when required by law.

Third-party platforms

The challenge uses Base44, a third-party platform with its own terms and privacy policy. When you create a Base44 account, Base44 handles that data.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, opt out of texts by replying STOP, and ask us to access or delete your data by emailing support@academyx.ai.
